-- How does SimpleCall work?

SimpleCall is a simple and easy way to make national and international calls. Once you have signed up, your registered numbers will allow you to make calls directly to any destination without the need for pins, cards or being held in automated queues. It is completely effortless: you dial the access number, wait for the prompt, dial the country code and the destination number and hey presto! You are connected.

N:B:Please do not click on CALL/GREEN button after dialling the destination number. If you click on call/green button again after dialling the destination number then call will be directly connected from your telephone service provider and you will be charged for that call.

Full process of making call through simple call

  • Step-01: Dial the access number (0207..../0800..)
  • Step-02: Pin number /Destination number then wait please.
  • Step-03: If you do not get any connection then press '#' or disconnect the line and dial to the access number again.
-- How can I sign up to SimpleCall?
The quickest way to sign up to SimpleCall is through our online registration form. It is straightforward, easy and will take no time at all. Our customer support team is readily available to provide you with any assistance.
-- Are there any subscription charges or registration fees?
No. Once you have signed up, you are ready to top up and go.
-- What ways can I make a payment?
We have a safe and secure online payment system and accept all major credit and debit cards including Moneybookers and Paypal checkout. You can also top up over the phone with the help of our 24/7 Customer support people through your debit /credit card.
-- Am I billed per minute?
Not at all, we bill by the second. We are one of the few providers who charge by the second as we believe there is no reason to pay a second more for a call you have not made. Therefore, if you finish a call at 5 minutes and 23 seconds, then that is exactly what we will charge you.
-- Where can I find a list of charges for each country?
Our website has a detailed list of all the countries available, with their charges and access numbers. Just select the country you wish to make the call from and to International Rates
-- Am I still charged if my call is unanswered or the line is engaged?
There are no charges other than the calls are successfully connected to.
-- I have free minutes to national numbers given by my phone/mobile provider; will my free minutes be deducted when I use SimpleCall?
All our access numbers are local numbers to whichever country you are calling from, and so you will be charged at a local rate and accepted as a local call. There are no hidden charges, only the local access charges at the local rate will appear on your usual bills.
-- Can I use SimpleCall from Pay Phones and land line phones by dialling through a toll free number?
Absolutely, you can use the toll free access number to make calls but a Surplus charge will apply for every minute. If you dial from any land line phone then Surplus charge of $0.022 (USD) will be added.
-- Is there another way I can use SimpleCall apart from using a phone?
Yes, The SimpleCall web site has a downloadable Dialler, so now you can make calls from the comfort of your PC. Just download the Dialler application and log in by entering your SIP authentication as your user name and password and then follow the simple instructions to make a call. You can make use of our Web Phone too, which does not require a download, so itÃâs perfect for use in internet cafes. Your SimpleCall account will be debited for the calls so you don`t have to worry about paying! Just enjoy the conversation. You need to use microphone or air phone when using the Web Phone or Dialer.
-- Can I use SimpleCall when abroad?
Yes. If you have registered the phone you wish to call with i.e. a home phone, office phone, payphone or any mobile; you can make calls anywhere in the world without a PIN number. All you have to do is dial our access number, the country code and then the destination number. SimpleCall provides local access numbers to over 40 countries. The numbers are available on our website at www.simplecall.com. If you use a phone that is not registered with our system, but want to use it to make a call through your SimpleCall account, then you must obtain a PIN number. Please note: check with your mobile phone provider to see if your mobile is eligible for international roaming and if they have any surcharges for calls made abroad. We cannot be held accountable for any roaming charges imposed by your mobile service provider.
-- How do I obtain a PIN number or SIP authentication number?

-- If I do not top up my account for a certain period will it expire?
No, there is no expiry time.
-- Once I open a SimpleCall account, do I always have to use the same phone in order to make calls?
No, your account is accessible from any phone even if it is not registered, but you will need to use your Pin number to make the calls.
-- I have made a top-up payment but my account balance has not changed and I am unable to make calls?
Before you make a payment, make sure you have the correct details in hand. If you pay by card, you will need the long number across the card, the expiry date, start date or issue number and the last 3 digits of your security number, found on the back of the card.
-- What should I do if my credit/debit card has been refused when placing an order?
If your credit or debit card was refused whilst placing an order on www.simplecall.com, please re-submit your order using a different card. For details on why your card was refused, please contact your card issuer.
-- Do I receive a confirmation once I have made a payment to top-up?
You can check the movement of your account by accessing your personal account using your number and password. A list of payments, calls made, the duration of the calls and much more are detailed in your personal account.
-- I have forgotten my password to access my details, how do I request a new password?
To request a new password, click on 'Sign In' and click the link on forgot Your Password. Enter your mobile number and email (registered with SimpleCall) in the box provided and an email will be sent with your new password. Once you have logged on with your new password you can certainly change it to something more memorable.
-- I have been charged too much for a call. What should I do?
Please be aware of any surcharges imposed by your mobile phone provider; contact them for details of your call plan. If you use a payphone using Toll free number then Surplus charge of $0.022 (USD) will be added. If it is a technical error, then please contact us and we will investigate in to the matter.
-- Why can't I makes a connection to my intended destination?
Your destination number may be of a rural area where connection is limited. There can also be technical faults which are out of our control but we endeavour to update you of any news on our website.
-- What is the minimum & maximum amount I can recharge/top up?
You can top up a minimum of $5 if you top up over the phone or through your debit /credit card. There is no maximum top up limit.
-- How long it will take to update my account?
Your balance will be updated within 2-5 minutes* if you perform top up through our online system by your debit /credit card.*
-- How can I see my balance?
After making a successful top up, login to your SimpleCall account and click on Current Balance button. You can see your current balance there or dial our access number from you registered phone to know your current balance.
-- What languages can I converse in with your customer support?
We have an excellent, multi lingual staff ready to help you. Most are fluent in English, Bangla, Bangla Sylheti, Hindi, Urdhu, Malay, Arabic and Italian.
-- How can I make my phone PIN free?
Just Click on` My PINs button after logging into your account .Click on the 'ADD' button and tick mark in PIN Free Phone box by entering your phone number. Lastly click on the Save button. Your phone will now have easy access to make calls without the hassle of PINs!
-- Are there any connection charge and hidden charge for National and International calls?
There is no connection charge and hidden charge to call anywhere in the world from U.S.A.
-- I am trying to dial to one access number but cannot get through. What can I do?
SimpleCall has many different access numbers. For the clients from United States America . If you are unable to get through one, please try another one. To find more additional access numbers please click on "Access Numbers" or contact our Customer Support at any time.
