Got questions about SimpleCall’s Unlimited Calls to India for $10.99/week plan? Don't worry, we've got answers!
I am SimpleCall customer and I have enough credit in my account to cover the weekly Unlimited Calls to India plan – can I just start calling?
No, you need to purchase the plan outright so that the calls can be accurately billed. However, if you have enough credit in your current SimpleCall account, transferring that credit toward the plan is easy. Just log in to your account, go to the payment page, and transfer the balance to the ‘Unlimited calls to India’ bundle. Alternately, you can call customer support at 888 300 9374 or email support@simplecall.com.
I have more than one phone number registered to my SimpleCall account – can I purchase a plan for each registered phone?
No. You may only purchase one plan per week, per SimpleCall registered number. You may choose which phone number in your account to assign the unlimited package to, but once chosen, you may not change.
Once I purchase the plan, how do I make a call?
Once you have purchased your Unlimited plan, you simply make a call to your India-based destination number as usual by dialling the access number, followed by the destination number.
Can I make calls using the unlimited package using a toll-free number?
No, you must use the appropriate access numbers listed on the SimpleCall site.
Can I make calls to destinations other than India during the month?
Yes. Any calls to destinations outside India will be deducted from your remaining SimpleCall credit per the usual rates and terms. This will be separate from your unlimited call plan to India.
How do I check my unlimited usages?
By logging in to your SimpleCall account. All calls made and covered by the plan will be billed as "0."
What calls are covered by this bundle?
All mobile and landline apart from premium numbers are covered.
Will I be charged if I use a PIN?
PIN users must supply a number to register to their account, and all calls to India must be made from this registered number. If you have more than one phone registered to your SimpleCall account, you will be prompted to choose which number to assign the unlimited plan to. You will not be able to change this selection once you have chosen it.
What is the Fair Usage Policy and what does it mean?
Fair Usage Policies are a common practice to ensure all users of a service receive their fair share of usage of that service. In the case of this offer of unlimited international calls to India, Pakistan and Bangladesh, Fair Usage Policy means that your usage is capped at 500 minutes per week. You can read more about the Fair Usage Policy and other Terms and Conditions here.
I have used up the Unlimited offer minutes before the expiration date of the offer. Can I purchase another Unlimited offer?
No. You may not purchase another Unlimited offer until your previous offer has expired.
I received a bill for minutes I used while talking on the Unlimited plan, why?
Please be aware that any minutes you use to talk on the Unlimited plan are subject to being billed through your mobile or landline carrier as per your contract terms with that carrier. SimpleCall cannot guarantee “free” minutes as every user’s landline and mobile terms vary on when these types of calls can be made, if at all. Pay-As-You-Go mobile users especially need to be aware that talking on the Unlimited plan still means their minutes will be deducted as usual.
